Keano to go

This is the first thing that i read this morning and while i was kinda shocked by the timing, i guess all of us knew that he would be leaving the first team soon. But what has come as a surprise is that he is not giving too much of a thought to the ready ManUtd back office (coaching assistant) job should he just say so. He had earlier expressed a desire to finish his career with the Celtics. I guess thats quite a possibility given the course of the events that will follow. ManUtd might give him a year in extension while Celtics would be prepared to give much more to add him to their ranks. So all in all a sad day for all ManUtd fans. Its gonna be an end of an era at the end of the current season. But like George Best, Bobby Charlton, Eric Cantona, Keano would be remembered as Captain Fantastic for his days at ManUtd. It would be tough to fill his shoes. Ask Arsenal about Viera and they still cringe!!!
