Free Wi-Fi!!! Is it true?

Apparently it is. And who else to come up with it but Google. They plan to come out with free ad-based wi-fi across America. To do this they have started to buy unused fibre-optic cables and also superfast connections. People have already termed it as Googlenet.

A Google spokesman said the Web pages (http:// wifi.google.com/faq/) relate to an experiment begun this summer to offer free, secure WiFi to some Silicon Valley establishments.

So its again gonna be a case of wait and watch. But as someone commented,
they had surprised us with the 1 gb mail accounts. So should we be surprised again?
