Kazaa setback with Australian court ruling

First it was Grokster, now its Kazaa. An Australian court ruled against Kazaa, saying it was breaching copyrights. Interestingly enough, they have not found Sharman Networks guilty of breaching copyrights themselves, but its beause of their 'intent' of encouraging their users to do it!!! Thats some food for thought. Kazaa plans to appeal against the verdict, but I wonder what this means for the end user. The usual plan of action is to shift to another network. We could see more use of torrents now or users shifting to iMesh or Limewire. Read more on this article here.
